Since 1995, developing has been the cornerstone of our business. We are the only local, full service industrial real estate development company in El Paso, Texas. We provide comprehensive real estate services that manage the process from beginning -to- end: identifying a site, navigating complex approval processes, creating problem solving solutions, working with the design and construction team and engaging our management team to operate and create the most valuable industrial buildings in the market.
Meet the Team
Brent D. Harris is President and the Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Realty Group Incorporated and is the Managing partner of the Plexxar Companies since 1995. Prior to forming IRG and Plexxar, Brent was one of the original co-founders of Prologis, Inc. in El Paso, Texas in 1991.
Since its inception, through Brent’s leadership, IRG and Plexxar has developed over 3,000,000 square feet of institutional quality commercial and industrial facilities in Northwest El Paso, Texas.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with B.B.A. in Accounting, formerly a CPA and resides with his family in El Paso, Texas.
